Here is Jamie with her new glasses

Jamie had to get glasses. I took her into the eye dr the other day and sure enough she needed glasses. The only one in the family without glasses is Joshua. He will be next. We went to the eyeglass store and picked out some frames. She was able to get 2 pair for the price of one. these are the first pair.

Janelle and Tim

Here is Janelle with her new boyfriend Tim. He is a Jr and she is a sophmore. He came over for dinner tonight and ofcourse I had to bring out my camera. He was up to it but Janelle was not. It took me three tries to get a good picture because she would not cooperate.

She is growing up so fast. Look she is holding his hand. Have a happy sunday.

Lost Tooth

Joshua lost his 2 front teeth. He lost the 1st one a week before he lost his second one. He does not like pulling his teeth. He lost all his teeth by eating something. He lost one with a piece of gum, another in a corn dog etc.

I had the opportunity to participate in Vicki's Card Challenge this time around. She put this beautiful basket of goodies together and each participant received one of the packages in the basket. We were to make a card, altered item, or a layout with what was in our goodie bag. The images in the bag came from www.craftysecrets.com.

Here is what I made from the goodie bag. What do you think? I love the little vintage boy and dog. I used some glimmer mist on it to give it a leather look.

Enchanted Rock

Oh my gosh it was hot. We went to Fredricksburg for the weekend just to get away from SA. A friend of mine had told me she went to Enchanted Rock and thought it was pretty. We decided to venture out. We wanted to get to the top of this huge rock. Well we got about half way up and I thought I was going to die. It was soooooo hooooootttt. It was very pretty. Going up was easy but coming down I thought I was going to have to roll down. That would have hurt. I made it down but after I stopped every few feet down.
